This pizza crust is really good and really easy to make.
I've tried several recipes, but I always come back to this one.
*All ingredients at room temperature*
3/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups white whole wheat flour (I like King Arthur)
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 and 3/8 cup water
3 tablespoons evoo
Combine all ingredients into the bread pan
Select dough setting
Once finished bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
This recipes makes two crusts. I usually freeze the second half to have on hand.
